			Bill Egan, Director – Business Development: Bill is a graduate of the National University of Ireland with B.SC in Chemistry. He has worked for extended periods in ICT and business consulting for international firms including Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting. He has extensive experience of the ICT industry having worked as Country Marketing manager for DEC in Ireland up to 1995. More recently he has provided call centre consulting services to a major Irish Financial Institution. He is currently responsible for major account management with Performance Marketing Limited


			Vincent O’Kelly – Operations Director Vincent is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Marketing, and Operation Management having spent a considerable number of years with Multinational organisations including Digital Corporation, IDC (International Data Corp) and A.C. Nielsen Corp. He has overall responsibility for business operations including project management, recruitment and quality assurance.


			Sara Burke - Project Manager Sara has extensive experience of managing Inbound and Outbound projects including the current Compaq UK Desktop survey programme. She also has considerable practical experience in market segmentation analysis and customer satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative methods. Sara has set-up and managed many projects but has special expertise in managing Survey telephone and web based survey projects.


			Catherine Elliott - Administration Manager Catherine has extensive experience in managing direct marketing and user database applications. Catherine is responsible developing and managing all customer database programmes. She also has responsibility for all the companie's administration including finance.


			Paul Vella - IT Manager Paul’s technical background is built on an Electronic Engineering degree he completed in Melbourne, in 1994. Paul has overall responsibilty for IT including system security. With a high-level of experience in all Microsoft Office applications (including Visual Basic for Applications), Paul helps our staff make the best use of the applications they use the most. Additionally, extensive database experience (including MS Access, MS FoxPro, MS SQL) has helped us provide our clients with the level of sophistication in data collection and reporting they look for. Paul also has experience in programming and development of our web based survey projects.
